they charged me 60$ despite their shipping calculator saying it would be 18. There's a reason for these charges but it's extremely misleading.
Careless in inventorying the items in the package. After pandemic the service quality dropped. I had to change the review, too many issues with them. They misplaced my items twice and won't be responsible for the loss. To verify the mistake they did, they want me to pay $7. And if the item is found, i have to pay for the shipping separately. The app too doesn't work properly.
I have my whole order canceled and had to chase up what happened to it. I was told maybe item price increased but no one could be bother to ask if I wanted pay more, they just canceled, pathetic service. Before Christmas service was great and I purchased quite often but now is letting costumer down

They were extremely fast with packing and shipping the items, no issues with location or anything and above all they clear customs and duties (depending on what your ordering) unless something that is restricted by the country your in. Totally worth it 👌 Thank you.

Very buggy app. Changes brought or uploaded merchant invoices or my upcoming packages section doesn't work most of the time. Better stick to website.
BEWARE Tried to cancel, they switched me to fee free membership, didn't refund membership after they said they would and kept charging. Cannot be trusted.

They don't actually deserve a quarter of a star.. they will make u register,pay, use the address only to not ship it and give you some stupid response after days that they won't be shipping to your country. OMG i can't believe i actually went all in with this 1 i usually see these things coming. You will regret. The worst part is thay they will receive your package just to keep it or resell for themsel.Believe me it's horrible. Should have just accpted the shipping rates from my usual supplier!
